SFR Inventory (Only units w/o existing contracts/offers is 4,293. This is up +16.3% vs June '12, and down -60.9% vs. July '11)

SFR Inventory (Including units with Pending or Contingent offers stands at 16,944. This is practically unchanged from Jun '12 at only +0.1%, but is down -24.5% vs. July '11)

Total SFR sold dollar value for July '12 is $495,158,652. This is -7.2% vs. June '12, and +3.6% vs. July '11).
