   On Sunday 08/28/16 at 12:58 PM, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputies from the Barstow Station were sent to check for a missing person whose vehicle was found near in the area of Ft. Irwin in the Yermo area.

8.  Helicopters checked the area and found a body in the open desert. Once at the location of the body, deputies were able to confirm that Linda (Pi-Wei) Hung, a 40 year-old Las Vegas resident, was dead at about 5:00 PM. An autopsy will be performed later this week to determine the exact cause of death. Deputies from the Barstow Station are investigating. [08292016 0010 SC]
