Pacquiao v. Marquez fight brings big money to Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The third match up of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez had fans eager to get to the MGM Grand Garden Arena before the fight.
"When you get to have this experience, it's a once in a lifetime experience," Robert Paisola, visiting from Salt Lake City, told FOX5.
The fight has brought people from all over the world.
Many private jets parked on McCarran's tarmac have tail numbers originating from Mexico.
MGM Resorts International says the Grand Garden Arena sold out all of it's 16,800 seats.
Many fans were left viewing the fight on closed circuit TVs; MGM offered more than 15,000 seats at seven different properties.
"Because it's impossible to find tickets, for inside today," Naser Mohammad, visiting from Omaha told FOX5.
But some fans found a way inside to watch the fight.
"We were looking for a long time, we ended up going to a scalper, ended up spending a couple of thousand dollars, but I tell you what, it is absolutely worth it," said Paisola.
Last time Pacquio fought in Las Vegas in May 2011, MGM says it earned nine million dollars in ticket sales alone
The company is expecting similar numbers from Saturday night.
