There is another new project that is making news in Las Vegas 2015. It is the All Net Resort & Arena project. The developer leading the project is former UNLV Rebel and NBA player, Jackie Robinson. The project broke ground in October, 2014. The 27 acre property will have three main parts: an 860,000 square feet arena with a retractable roof, a 300,000 square feet pedestrian plaza, and a 44 story hotel. The 5 star non-gaming hotel will have 500 specialty suites, a rooftop pool and a 16 screen movie theater. The total cost of the project is expected to be $1.4 billion.
