With the Strip in the center of Las Vegas, You have to the east of the Strip the older parts of Las Vegas, with UNLV located nearby. Southeast Las Vegas you have Henderson and Green Valley communities. West of Las Vegas is the infamous area developed by Howard Hughes known as Summerlin with beautiful area within it like Red Rock Country Club. Southwest of Las Vegas is the fastest growing part of the Valley with communities like Nevada Trails and Mountains Edge. This area also has Spring Mountain located with in it.
