【拉斯維加斯訊】於賭城房地產高峰之末推出的規劃大型
住宅社區Inspirada,位於離15號高速公路不遠的韓德森
市Sloan原始峽谷山腳下平地上,當初開發商以創高的價
格向聯邦土地管理署標買到這片佔地2000畝的「南內華達
精華地」,整地規劃出七個「社區村」,分別由KB Homes
、Toll Brothers、Pardee、Meritage、Beazer、Kimball

這座稱得上是內華達州第一個「城郊新生活導向」的社區
,強調的是居民走出大門就有散步道,可以走路去小超商
